Mat Hayward, co-founder of purpleGecko, wrote this website to show his work to potential employers a few years ago, when purpleGecko was just a sideline for us.
The idea of the site was to present some of the work he had done during his work career to potential employers. He wanted the site to be clean and simple to navigate.
We set the sight up with two navigations, a primary menu at the top and a seconday menu at the left to navigate within each section.
Each section is distinguished from the others with it's own colour, including a hero image based on that colour.
